E576: Error while reading ShaDa file: there is an item at position 14517 that must not be there: Missing items are for internal uses only と表示されて init.vim の読み込みに失敗する

mac であれば、

/Users/hoge/.local/share/nvim/shada/main.shada

このあたりのファイルを消すといいらしい。
